DishPronto services are unlike most products – customers go through several stages with us, and we’d like to help our affiliates understand the process. When a customer places an order, this customer is run through DISH Network’s credit check system to confirm they meet DISH’s stringent criteria, and only then is entered into our system – and CJ’s system – as a sale. Once the system is installed, the sale is activated and only then does DISH pay out on them, which can range from a few days to a month from the order date. For this reason, we have a 60-day lifecycle on our sales. Once a sale is entered into our CJ system, we give it 60 days to install and be activated. If it is active within that time frame, we pay out on it. This gives affiliates the best chance possible, within CJ’s system, of getting the commissions they earn.
